Scheduling a Consultation

• To schedule a consult, all you have to do is call 330-474-1317 or 216-763-2764
• You do NOT need a referral from a dentist.
• To guide you, we will ask you for some general information.
• Please let us know if you have X-rays (panoramic and cephalometric radiographs) which are less than 6 months old.
• We will also ask you about any orthodontic benefits you may have through your dental insurance plans. As a service to you, we will offer to contact your insurance company to find out the amount of coverage that you are entitled to. This will enable us to provide you with an accurate estimate of treatment cost at the consult.
